Technika SmartBox Promotion

* Promotion Period - This promotion is available on Technika SmartBox 8320HD boxes purchased at participating Tesco stores in the UK between 26/07/10 and 31/08/10 and requires SmartBox registration and a free FetchTV account with a valid credit or debit card.

* Promotion - If you sign up for a FetchTV account before 31/08/10 and you meet the Eligibility Criteria below then you will be entitled to a credit on your FetchTV account (the "Credit") for the values set out in these terms.

*This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

* Eligibility Criteria - You will only be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

- You purchase a Technika SmartBox 8320HD from a participating Tesco Extra store in the UK;

- You complete the returns period ("Cancellation Period") without cancelling your account;

- You have signed up for a free FetchTV account (“Registration”) at FetchTV, activated your SmartBox and entered your voucher code into the promotional voucher code box on the “FetchTV Packages” page when creating your free FetchTV account.

* Credit - If you are eligible and activate your FetchTV account, a credit of £15 each month for 4 months will be added to your account, starting from 30 days after Registration,

* The Credit will be added to your account and will automatically be used towards any purchase you make of pay per view content on FetchTV using your FetchTV account on your Technika SmartBox.

* Credits must be used within 150 days of Registration of your FetchTV account.

* FetchTV service terms and conditions will apply to your FetchTV services, see Terms and Conditions for details.

Only one Credit per account. There will be no cash alternative and the Credit cannot be redeemed for cash. No change will be given.

If you cancel the FetchTV service within the Cancellation Period or no longer have a FetchTV SmartBox or active FetchTV account at the time when the credit is due then you will not be eligible for this Promotion.

* Your data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties without consent, except as is necessary to administer this promotion or unless you opt-in to hearing about offers from FetchTV. Your data will be used in accordance with FetchTV's Privacy Policy.

* IP Vision reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation at any time.

* By participating in this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "you" means you, the customer, who applies to participate in this Promotion.

* In the event of any dispute IP Vision's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

* This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
